Our massage is a seated acupressure massage based on a traditional form of Japanese massage called "ANMA". It works on the muscular, circulation and nervous systems, stimulating over 60 specific pressure points on the head, neck, shoulders, back and arms and is proven to relieve stress and boost productivty.
We also incorporate Swedish massage techniques into this sequence to provide a deeper massage which can undo knots in your muscles, decrease pain in your body, increase blood circulation and remove metabolic wastes from your muscle tissues.
We only use the highest quality Earthlite massage chairs – expertly engineered to provide the ultimate in comfort. The chair offers full support to the head, neck, shoulders, torso and limbs allowing for complete relaxation and no clothing is removed or oils involved making it ideal in the workplace.

Are we required to sign any legal documentation?
Each client will read a list of potential contra-indications prior to their massage to assure the therapist that there are no underlying issues that could make them unsuitable for massage , the client will then sign a form to confirm this.
How does this help me achieve a Healthy working lives award?
Employers seeking to gain awards must be addressing the health and wellbeing of their employees, aiding in the prevention of absenteeism from work, due to sickness, and tackling stress and anxiety at work.
